A key part in living in any community is being a good neighbour and looking out for one another. Your tenancy agreement refers to this as respecting your neighbour’s peace, comfort and privacy.
This means:
- Respecting shared spaces and carparks
- Taking care around others' belongings
- Being mindful of noise
- Being a responsible pet owner
- Introducing yourself to your neighbours
- Maintaining friendly relationships
